No account is required. Heeler RV uses anonymous calculator telemetry to operate, protect and improve the calculator. Your name, email address and phone number are not attached to that telemetry unless you separately choose to contact Heeler RV.

Protected calculations

The protected calculator sends the inputs needed to produce a result to Heeler RV servers. This can include selected appliance loads, watt and hour values, parked-day choices, solar wattage, driving-charge choices and related calculator settings. The server returns the battery, solar, inverter and charging results. This keeps the calculation engine off the customer device.

Anonymous usage tracking

The calculator creates random installation and session identifiers so Heeler RV can understand usage, returning activity, app or website version, completed calculations, report actions and unusual automated activity. These identifiers are not intended to identify you personally. Calculator telemetry may include aggregate calculation values such as selected-load count, estimated energy use, parked days and whether solar or driving recharge was selected.

Saved plans and offline use

Draft choices and recent results may be stored locally on your device so the calculator can restore your work. The protected calculation itself requires a connection to Heeler RV servers. Clearing browser or app storage removes locally stored calculator data and resets the anonymous local installation identifier.

When you contact Heeler RV

If you choose to send a report or contact Heeler RV, you control the contact information you submit. Contact details and report information you provide are used to respond to your request and provide RV electrical services.

Website analytics

The website version may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate traffic and improve the site experience. Heeler RV's protected calculator telemetry is separate from those services and is stored through Heeler RV's own application backend.

Sharing and sales

Heeler RV does not sell calculator telemetry or contact information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to host the website, operate the calculator, store application data and deliver inquiries.
